Join us on March 25 for a virtual "think tank" discussion for our Interim Executive Academy Study Group - Navigating Transitional Leadership in Uncertain Times: Strategies for Interim Chief Executives. Times of leadership transition are always complicated, but in the current nonprofit environment, interim leaders face multiplied challenges, serving organizations that may be concerned about their very survival. Our study group will provide content, discussion, and guests who will share their perspectives on navigating complex transitions in troubled times. Together we will explore strategies for leading effectively through interim roles in our current landscape.

We're so pleased to have Helen Barrington (IEA Class #16) and Jay Voigt (IEA Class #20) joining us. Helen has spent her career in public broadcasting, an industry often under fire in challenging times. We'll talk with Helen about helping staff and volunteers navigate uncertainty that is continual and threatening. Jay has written some compelling information about KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and their importance in keeping an organization on track when the environment feels very much "off-track."
