THE INTERIM EXECUTIVES ROUNDTABLE OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST
In 2025, our organization is going to significantly increase its “on the ground” presence in the Pacific Northwest … bringing together organizations to learn about succession planning, convening our 120 local graduates for continuing education and interim placement, and working with partner consultants and organizations that we have cultivated since our founding over 20 years ago.
We think it is time to form a more formal “Interim Executives Community” for our graduates in Washington, Oregon, British Columbia, Alaska, Idaho, Utah, and Montana. As a graduate of the Academy, you already meet the criteria for membership!
In the end, it is our intention to create a movement in the Pacific Northwest that has more interims at work than ever before.
The inaugural Roundtable meeting (virtual via Zoom) will be an alumni reunion, a networking opportunity, a learning session, and a mobilization effort to participate in a new movement for interim leaders and interim leadership in the Pacific Northwest.
