Introduction to the Interim Development Directors Bootcamp

THE INTERIM CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

There are six phases associated with a methodical engagement as an interim chief executive of a nonprofit organization. But how can those models and practices be adapted to result in an equally logical approach to the work of an interim chief development officer? Interim Executives Academy is proud to launch a new Bootcamp that prepares graduates to consider application of its interim leadership models to the fundraising function.

This one-hour session will introduce Third Sector Company's approach to methodical interim leadership with discussion about its application to short-term strategic leadership as an Interim Chief Development Officer.

Learn more about details and features in the Fact Sheet.

The next Interim Development Director Bootcamp will be held on August 21 and 22. We invite you to take advantage of the Early Bird registration now.

*As a prerequisite, Bootcamp attendees must be graduates of the Interim Executives Academy.*

Participants in the Bootcamp will also be invited to attend two complimentary Study Groups in 2024:

  • Tuesday, September 17 – 8:00AM to 10:00AM Pacific – The Interim Development Director Cultivating Contributor Trust
  • Tuesday, November 19 – 8:00AM to 10:00AM Pacific - The Interim Development Director and Executive Director Relationship

Third Sector Company, Inc. is committed to advancing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion as foundational to its programs.

We acknowledge and honor the fundamental value and dignity of all people; and we pledge our individual and organizational efforts to build respect, dignity, caring, and equitable treatment for all. As an organization, we are committed to transforming the world into one that promotes social justice and freedom from oppression, including but not limited to, racism, sexism, classism, heterosexism, ageism, and ableism.

Thus, we aim to be adaptable, actively anti-racist, embracing cultural differences, and to be accessible for people who are differently resourced and differently abled. Since we do not want financial hardship to be a barrier to participation, there are several seats reserved in each of our fee-based programs for confidentially awarded scholarships. We encourage those from historically underserved communities to apply.
