Third Sector Company

The Interims of Color Coalition roundtable is an affinity group for individuals who self-identify as a person of color and are working as an interim leader under the umbrella of the Interim Executives Academy. The Interims of Color Coalition roundtable is a bi-monthly continuing education program offered by Third Sector Company. This forum will focus on social support, networking, and professional development for interim leaders of color in the US and Canada. Members of this group will also be able to join a working group to advise Third Sector Company on the evolution and implementation of its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging policies and protocols.

Since we do not want financial hardship to be a barrier to participation, there are several seats reserved in each of our fee-based programs for confidentially awarded scholarships.
