Working effectively with a nonprofit’s board is critical in any interim engagement. But what if the board isn’t effective in its own work? How and with whom should the interim leader address that issue? Or is it even the interim’s problem to solve? Join us for a lively discussion with experienced interim executive (and board member) David Harris as we explore how to navigate board dysfunction as an interim leader.

The Interim Executives Roundtable is an informal peer learning and networking group for all who are interested in the profession of nonprofit transitional leadership. Participants interact online with facilitators, guest presenters and each other to discuss issues and topics confronting interim executives.
