An engagement with an all-volunteer organization, or one with very few staff members, presents both advantages and challenges for the interim leader. While there may not be difficult staff dynamics to manage, there may be complications from board members’ dual roles in governance and operations, or from a lack of infrastructure. How can interim leaders best pave the way for their successors in these unique situations?

The Interim Executives Roundtable is an informal peer learning and networking group for all who are interested in the profession of nonprofit transitional leadership. Participants interact online with facilitators, guest presenters and each other to discuss issues and topics confronting interim executives.
