How should an interim leader approach strategic planning? How might that differ if there is a strategic plan or if there isn’t one? Which elements of a strategic plan should be developed during the interim engagement and which should be left to the next permanent leader? David Harris and Chris Dame of Interim Executive Solutions will explore these issues and offer up a case study for discussion.

The Interim Executives Roundtable is an informal peer learning and networking group for all who are interested in the profession of nonprofit transitional leadership. Participants interact online with facilitators, guest presenters and each other to discuss issues and topics confronting interim executives.
