Interim Executives Roundtable: Organizational Culture

Interim Executives learn to quickly assess and address the culture of an organization. Join Wayne Robert and Catarina Moreno as they share their experience with the influence of organizational culture during an interim engagement to prepare a 130-year-old institution in Vancouver, B.C. for its first permanent Executive Director.

The Interim Executives Roundtable is an informal peer learning and networking group for all who are interested in the profession of nonprofit transitional leadership. Participants interact online with a guest presenter and each other to discuss issues and topics confronting interim executives.

There are Interim Roundtables based in Seattle, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Vancouver, BC.
